Allison Smith, Vice President

Allison serves as the Vice President. She has been a foster parent for 2 years. She enjoys serving the community in many capacities but her ultimate passion is for the foster community. She enjoys spending time at home but also loves trips to the beach.

Likes: spending time at home, cooking/baking, art projects

Dislikes: having too much going on at the same time

Lauren Ramsey, Secretary

Lauren serves as the secretary. She brings a dual perspective to the board first as a former foster care social worker, and now as a licensed social worker and foster parent. Alongside her husband and two biological kids, her family primarily foster teens—because someone has to appreciate sarcasm, drama, and last-minute life talks at 10:47 p.m. With a deep understanding of the system from both sides, Lauren hopes to bridge gaps between foster parents, agencies, and children in care.  

Likes: Socializing, Staying busy

Heath Osborn, Treasurer

Heath serves as the Treasurer. He and his wife have 4 amazing children, 3 biological and 1 adopted through the foster care system.  His love of traveling began when he served 6 years in the Air Force.  He lives the ultimate dad life and aspires to own a fanny pack, cargo shorts, crew socks, and new balances. His passion is to show men the role they can play in caring for the foster children and orphans within our community.

Likes: Being a big kid, traveling, and fixing things

Dislikes: White rice, being too busy, and fixing things.
